I do this by providing actionable, strategic steps, not shying away from the hard stuff, and having conversations that compel real change. How did I get here? My career has not been a linear one. It is actually a story of many forks in roads, and I’ve almost always chosen the less worn path. It hasn't always been the easiest, but as Robert Frost says, it has made all the difference.
