I was born & raised
a change leader & experience builder.

Say what? Well, my father was a Naval officer which meant that I moved 10 times before I was eighteen, went to 4 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, and 2 high schools. Little did I know that the skills I learned would continually apply in all aspects of my life. What skills? Embracing change, not making assumptions, being curious, connecting with new people, and most importantly, working to leave a place better than it was when I arrived (even if under 12 months!).

It wasn’t always pretty; it was often pretty messy. But here’s the thing: I don’t like to stay in boxes. I didn’t like my stuff staying in the cardboard moving boxes (except this one time when I was in major denial about a move; ahem), and I don’t like it when I get stuck in a box. I’ve worked hard to not do so. And most importantly, I don’t like when people I care about get stuck in boxes, especially ones they put themselves in. The job descriptions. The titles. The business plans. The expectations of others. The expectations of ourselves.

I like to open boxes and build something stronger, wiser, more impactful.

My career has not been a linear one. It is actually a story of many forks in roads; I’ve almost always chosen the less worn path - from helping build a fledgling segment of a commercial real estate practice with brokers and advisors, to developing and implementing brand new transformational experiences for students in Greece, to freelancing in a new space at one of the largest technology companies in the world, to building a global brand for one of the largest women-owned corporate training companies.

In all these and then some,
it’s safe to say that I like big challenges.

I like making people around me front
& center in any opportunity and solution.

When reflecting on my journey, I often asked myself why I took those unbeaten paths? They were absolutely not the easiest choices. But there was a consistent voice that I listened to the most - and it was my own. And if I ever wavered, I was lucky to have people who helped me consistently obey it. You know who you are.

My passion is helping people tap into their own wisdom, voice, and confidence with actionable steps to make a difference in their careers and lives.
